Corporate Solutions

MTCI offers affordable low-risk recruiting and staffing solutions to nongovernmental organizations for permanent placement in positions organic to the client’s organization.  Additionally, MTCI provides short-term and long-term staffing solutions for temporary contracted positions. The “cornerstone” of MTCI’s recruiting department is its ability to work with transitioning and prior service military veterans possessing highly sought after skills such as: Physicians and other health care professionals, Military Intelligence, Special Forces, Explosive Ordinance Disposal and other technical-related occupations.

Developing solutions to resolve our clients' challenges is our specialty and highest priority. Whether the solution is through short-term contingency-based recruiting solutions or long-term staffing, MTCI is a reliable recognized leader in providing solution-based recruiting and staffing services. 

MTCI continues to develop and expand the recruiting and staffing services and capabilities already provided to the Army and Army National Guard.
