Michael Eckerd - Director of Training

Mr. Mike Eckerd currently serves as Vice President of MTCI's Training Division and has been with the company since February of 2003.

Mike was born and raised in Philadelphia and joined the Army in 1983, serving 20 years in various positions in both the Military Police Corp and Recruiting. In February of 2003, after completing his Army career, Mike joined and continues to serve the MTCI team.

Mike has been happily married to his wife Denise for more than 24 years and has two children, Justin and Shelby. Justin is a Western Kentucky University Junior and National Guard Soldier and Shelby is a college freshman.

Mike is highly trained and experienced in training development and design, program management, project management, and leadership. Mike earned his MBA in Management, Master of Education in Curriculum Design and a Bachelor of Arts from Western Illinois University.
