Gen. Craddock served 38 years in the U.S. Army holding many leadership positions throughout his career. Most recently, he was Commander of the U.S. European Command and the Supreme Allied Commander of NATO from 2006 – 2009. Gen. Craddock received many U.S. military and international awards for distinguished service. Since his retirement, he has served as Senior Vice President for Strategic Relations at Engility Corporation and as President of the MPRI division of L-3 Communications Services Group. Charles “Chuck” Grimes III recently retired from Federal service as the Chief Operating Officer for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM). While at OPM, Mr. Grimes also served as the Deputy Associate Director for Employee Services and as Chief Human Capital Officer. Prior to joining OPM, Mr. Grimes served as the Assistant Director for Compensation Policy at the Internal Revenue Service. He spent most of his career in the Department of Defense (DoD) where he last served as the Director of the Wage and Salary Division of the Civilian Personnel Management Service. Lieutenant General Michael Rochelle retired from the United States Army in 2009. His last position was Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel at U.S. Army headquarters. This position is most commonly known as the Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO). Prior to this position, he served numerous world-wide command and staff billets including Senior Military Assistant to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, Commanding General of the U.S. Army's Soldier Support Institute at Fort Jackson, Commanding General of the U.S. Army Recruiting Command at Fort Knox, and as Director of the U.S. Army Installation Management Agency.
