History

In the early years, entrepreneur Samuel Kanouse believed in giving back to the organization in which he served for over 25 years. He created MTCI out of the basement of his home in Manassas, Virginia as a one-man training company to service the needs of the military. As a former military recruiter, Sam believed in the power of “Maximizing Human Potential” and sought to develop an organization dedicated to the mastering of this belief.  Sam shared his vision with his wife and daughter who continue his legacy, expanding MTCI’s reach across the United States and U.S. Territories as the company remains committed to maximizing our clients’ potential.
