Resiliency is the innate self-righting ability in all people to bounce back, persevere, and overcome in the face of stress, trauma, setbacks and daily challenges faced by all of us.
Research demonstrates that resiliency is an important component to success, happiness and satisfaction in our daily lives.

• Dynamic and personalized, non-clinical training based on extensive research
– One hour classes to multi-day workshops
• Taught by certified and highly trained master facilitators
