Department of Defense Third Party Education Assessment Program

Since September 2011, MTCI has administered the Third Party Education Assessment program for the Department of Defense. The assessments focus on ensuring that voluntary education opportunities offered to service members are of the same high quality as those offered to civilian adult learners, and that tuition assistance dollars are well spent.

These assessments are one aspect of the Department of Defense Voluntary Education Partnership Memorandum of Understanding. For more information about this Memorandum of Understanding, go to www.dodmou.com.

Wounded Warriors - Rotary GOlf Tournament

September 26, 2012, Haymarket, Virginia. Management and Training Consultants, Inc. (MTCI) sponsored participation of four Wounded Warriors stationed at Fort Belvoir in this year's Lou Maroon Golf Tournament held at Evergreen Country Club in Haymarket, Virginia. The proceeds from this charity tournament organized by Manassas and Bull Run Rotary Clubs will benefit Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS), its programs at SERVE in Manassas, and Prosperity House that provides affordable housing to low income families. MTCI staff who are active members of Rotary International offered a warm welcome to the Wounded Warriors at Evergreen (pictured).

  Killen High School JROTC

Killeen High School is a 4A public high school located in Killeen, Texas. It is one of four high schools in the Killeen Independent School District located in western Bell County. Killeen High School was first known as Fort Hood High School after the establishment of then Camp Hood during World War II. In 2011, the school was rated "Academically Acceptable" by the Texas Education Agency.

Every year MTCI awards a scholarship to a Killeen High School JROTC member in memory of our founder Sam Kanouse.
